I always have this idea of backpacking somewhere with a limited budget. This year I finally made it happen, shout out to my travel buddy @kes930, we went to the North of Vietnam for eight days.
Hanoi itself being the capital of Vietnam has a lot to offer. It’s the busiest city I’ve ever visited, the insane traffic that is full of scooters and motorbikes would scare you off from crossing streets 😂 But somehow the chaos gave me a sense of peace and tranquillity like never before which is pretty weird I know.
This particular place that I was at in the picture is the Train Street in Hanoi. There are coffee shops on both side of the street for visitors to enjoy a cup of coffee while waiting for the train to pass. Note that the train will only pass twice a day at a specific time, so remember to check the train schedule before you visit if you don’t want to miss that. I went to the place twice two days in a roll but sadly didn’t manage to see the train passing by.
